Little Race Cars, Inc. (LRC) opened its doors February 1998 as the only dealer of Legends Cars in the Commonwealth of Virginia. After racing Legends for two years, Larry and Anna Wilson applied for and received the dealership from parent company 600 Racing in Harrisburg, North Carolina. In it's first year, LRC was operated out of the Wilson's existing business, Peninsula Hardwood Mulch in Yorktown. On January 15th, 1999, LRC moved into a showroom at 5701 George Washington Memorial Highway also in Yorktown. Little Race Cars was sold to Mike and Debbie Patrick during Nov 2000 and relocated to a new shop and showroom at 3411 N. Armistead Ave, Hampton VA approximately 1/2 mile north of Langley Speedway. Mike retired from the U.S. Air Force after 28 years to link up his love of racing into a business enterprise. The shop was relocated to southeast of Richmond, VA during June 2004 to better serve the Virginia & out-of-state customers. The new shop has a 1000 SF service department and a 44 foot double stack hauler which carries parts to the race track. The Little Race Cars test drive & car rental program keeps several cars available so new racers can try-on actual race cars while making their decision to join the Legends series.
